My dear Cecy - on my return home after a month's absence I found among several letters waiting for me your very welcome one. I should be glad if you would not merely send your hand writing across the Atlantic when what you call an "opportunity" occurs - but wish you would occasionally embrace those very frequent & regular opportunities the packet ships - however perhaps you are too busy or perhaps you are not inclined to write to me oftener - letters from you or your husband are most welcome whenever they do come that is all.
